The Inter-Agency Standing Committee

The Inter-Agency Standing Committee Task Team on Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities in Humanitarian Action is undertaking a global survey to support the development of the IASC guidelines.

The aim of the survey is to seek opinions from a wide range of stakeholders from across the globe on how to improve inclusion of persons with disabilities in humanitarian action and to ensure that these perspectives are considered during the development of the guidelines. In addition to the survey a number of regional in-person consultations are planned to further discuss the content and format of the guidelines. The survey is designed with two distinct parts.

The first part includes questions common to all humanitarian sectors and the second part is split into various sub-sections containing sector-specific questions. All survey participants are required to respond to the first part and then can select the relevant sub-sections of the second part according to their sector of expertise.

It will take you about 15 minutes to complete the first part and more or less 15 minutes for each selected sector.

The IASC Task Team thank you for taking the time to respond to the survey and for your valuable contribution to the development of the IASC guidelines on Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities in Humanitarian Action.
